The always-busy Susan Lucci is joining the cast of a new Apple original movie starring Keanu Reeves.

Susan Lucci has been going strong on-screen since she first debuted as a teenage Erica Kane in 1970 when All My Children premiered. She remained with the soap throughout its entire run, while moonlighting with other projects along the way. Since AMC's cancelation, Lucci hasn't slowed down and just landed yet another role to add to her résumé in the new Jonah Hill movie Outcome.

While there is no word on who Lucci will play in this new Apple Original Film, the premise sounds intriguing. According to Deadline, Outcome is about a Hollywood actor who must dig deep into his past and come to terms with certain events after a mysterious video surfaces. It also stars David Spade, Laverne Cox, Kaia Gerber, Roy Wood Jr, and Atsuko Okatsuka.

Since All My Children left the airwaves in 2011, Lucci has appeared in various movies and television shows, including the feature film Joy. She also starred in the series Devious Maids. In 1999, Lucci won her first Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series after 19 nominations. In December of 2023, she received the Daytime Emmy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Lucci is also an ambassador for the American Heart Association after suffering a cardiac event in 2018.
